Using Zipit

This page describes the functionality that is available to BrightSign modem users in Zipit, under the Devices, Billing History, and Reporting tabs.

Devices

In the Devices tab, you can:

• Add a nickname and/or description for your device, and add the serial number of your device to the description so that it can be used for debugging.

• Add more monthly data to your device plan under the Device Actions pulldown menu.

• See your monthly data usage and your device subscription plan under Subscription Information.

Billing History

The Billing History tab contains:

• Account information, including your name, email, and account balance.

• Billing Events, which let you view the paid invoices for the devices under your subscription plan.

Reporting

You can see both current and expired subscriptions in the Primary Dashboard:

You can also see the total data consumed per day and the average data consumed by device per day:

Use the Filter to filter this data to view specific devices or device groups based on device subscriptions or names. You should name your devices by groups or serial numbers so you can use the filters to view them:
