This method uses a Multi Asset widget to create each presentation, instead of manually creating separate presentations. This is generally a more efficient method than Creating Link/Synchronized Video Walls.

Creating the Presentation

  1. Select New Presentation in the Dashboard
  2. Select BrightWall as the Presentation Type
  3. Enter a Name (for example, "BrightWallMultiAsset")
  4. Select the Number of rows and the Number of columns (2 by 2 in this case)
  5. Select the Target Device
  6. Set the Target Resolution to resolution you need (1920X1080 in this case). Note that this number is the resolution for each screen.
  7. Select Start (this will take you to a new window)

Creating the Multi Asset Widget

  1. Double-click on the zone in the center panel
  2. Switch the Interactive slider at the top right to make the presentation interactive
  3. Open the content folder. Note that you will want to use assets that are already the correct size.
  4. Go to the Widgets tab and select the Multi Asset Widget. Drag it onto the canvas (see Image 1).
  5. Double click on the widget in the canvas.
  6. Drag your videos into the correct sections.
  7. Select Publish and Save.
  8. Select the devices you want to publish to under Networked Units and select Publish again.

Setting up the Presentation on the Players

  1. After the files transfer, a configuration screen will appear on the display screens.
  2. Switch to your browser and load the configuration window by entering the IP address of the device (visible on the display screens) and adding :8088 to the end of that address. Select the Enter Configuration button. You should now be able to access the configuration screen in your browser (see Image 2). Note that A1 represents the upper left, B1 the upper right, and so on. On the left side, the available devices are represented.
  3. Drag the correct device to the correct screen.
  4. Select the Leader button next to the device that the other devices should follow. You can optionally edit the screen details in the lower left corner, though you must enter the screen width and height to get bezel information, or select the Test Alignment button to test the image alignment on your display screens.
  5. Select the purple Start Wall button in the bottom of the screen to start the video wall.
