4.4-Local Playlist
Tip
To use a Local Playlist, you first need to sign in to the BrightSign Network and add Dynamic Playlists to your presentation (via File > Presentation Properties > Data Feeds).
To add a Local Playlist to your presentation, click the Other tab in the Media Library. Then drag and drop the Local Playlist icon where you would normally add a Dynamic Playlist.
- State name: Enter a unique name for the Local Playlist state.
- Default playlist: Specify a default Dynamic Playlist for players to use. If a player enters the Local Playlist sate and does not have a Dynamic Playlist assigned to it, it will use the default Dynamic Playlist instead. If the default is set to None and a player is set to Use default playlist, then the player will skip the Local Playlist state and play the next item in the presentation playlist.
- Playlist: Assign a Dynamic Playlist to each player connected to your BrightSign Network Account.
