Soft Cap Data Plans
Under the soft cap data plan, you will be notified when data usage reaches 50%, 75%, 90%, 100%, 115%, 125%, and 150%. You will also be alerted to failed credit card transactions, billing errors, subscription cancellations, and password or email changes. This table shows the pricing for our soft cap data plans:

Note that:
- Your overage charges will be equal to the rate of the initial data purchase, at up to 150% of the plan data limit.
- Overages incurred in the first month will be applied in the third month.
One-Time Data Purchases
- The rate of your data purchase is equal to the rate of your regular data plan.
- To add data to your account, go to the Device tab, select your device, and select Purchase Additional Data.
- You can purchase as much additional data as you want.
- The additional data you purchase will be available for one month after your purchase.
Cancelling Data Plans
Find the Device Information for your device plan and select Cancel Plan at the bottom of the page.
Additional Information
- Pricing does not include taxes or VAT.
- Plans automatically switch to month-to-month charges six months after the contract begins.
- When data limits are reached, service continues and overage pricing automatically is charged to your account.
