The Content Cloud

The Content Cloud allows users to control a single player, or a network of players, from any location through BSN.cloud. Content Cloud subscribers can create, host, publish, and schedule presentations remotely through a desktop app or web browser. The Content Cloud contains all of the functionality of the Control Cloud, including network management tools like the Remote Diagnostic Web Server, as well as additional content management tools and functionality.

You can access the Content Cloud through our free 30 day trial. After the trial, you can subscribe to the Content Cloud for $99 per player, per year, or simply let the trial expire and revert to the free Control Cloud. In the Control Cloud, you'll still be able to control your players remotely, but you'll lose access to the BSN.cloud hosting and publishing tools along with any content and presentations you saved to the cloud during the trial. 

To access both the Content Cloud and the Control Cloud within the BSN, we've created BrightAuthor:connected. In BrightAuthor:connected, you can set up and manage BrightSign players, and you can create, schedule, and publish presentations from one integrated user interface. BrightAuthor:connected provides a unified experience for BrightSign products on Mac and Windows, and through the Chrome web browser at https://bsn.cloud.
