Where can I buy the modem?
You can purchase the modem by submitting a purchase order with the appropriate modem SKU. Please contact sales@brightsign.biz if you have any questions.
Data usage, billing information, and subscription plans will be available on the brightsignmobile.zipitportal.com. It may take up to two days for data to be updated.
Why did I get charged for overage when I am on a hard cap plan? How did I go over my limit?
Data usage is not updated in real time (it may take up to two days for data to update). If data usage was updated beyond your overage, you were charged for the data used between the time the limit was hit and the time was reported in the portal.
