The Time/Clock event specifies the action that occurs at a specific time and date or at regular intervals on a recurring schedule.

  • Single date/time event: Select this option to specify a one-time-only event.

    • Date: Specify the date by entering it into the field or selecting it from the calendar view.

    • Time: Specify the time using the dropdown menu. If you want the event to occur at an exact minute, type the desired time directly into the field.

    • Specify with user variable: Select this option if you want to use the value of a User Variable to specify the date and time. Choose a variable from the dropdown list. The value of the variable must be in this format: “yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss”. For example, if you would like the event to occur on December 20, 2016 at 3:45PM, then you would use the value “2016-12-20T15:45:00”.

  • Daily timeout event: Select this option to specify a recurring event.

    • Once per day: Select this option to have the event occur once per day. Specify the Time using the dropdown menu (or, if you want the event to occur at an exact minute, type the desired time directly into the field).

    • Periodic throughout the day: Select this option to have the event occur at intervals throughout the day.

      • Interval between events (minutes): Determine the frequency of the event.

      • Active between: Use the dropdown menus to specify the period during which the event can occur. The first event will occur at the beginning of the active period.

    • Set the days the timeout is active: Use the checkboxes to select which days the time/clock event is active.
