The Networks tab is your homepage as a BSNEE System or Order Administrator. Here you can create networks and view network names, network E-mail addresses, the number of subscriptions, and the status of each subscription. Except for the # of Subs, you can edit all of the values on this page.

Creating Networks

Create a new network by clicking the Create Network button in the upper-left portion of the screen. 

  • Network Name: Create a network name. This field cannot contain spaces.

  • User E-Mail: Set the administrator Email address that will be used for the WebUI sign-in process. Network notifications will be sent to this address.

  • Subscriptions: Select a subscription bundle to associate with this network.

  • Invoice Number: Enter an invoice number for the subscription.

Click Create when you’re finished, or click Close if you want to cancel the creation process.

Searching Networks

To search for previously created networks, select a search criteria (Network Name, First NameLast Name, or Login/Email) and type a search term in the Search field. The search engine will compile all results that match the search criteria. By default, networks are listed alphabetically (A-Z) by Login.

Viewing Networks

Click the arrow next to a login to view networks associated with it:

  • # of Subs: The number of subscriptions associated with each network. If you click the number, you will be redirected to the Subscriptions page, and all subscriptions associated with the selected network will be displayed.

  • Status: The Status of each network. The possible states are Active, Suspended, and Pending Suspension (see the description below).

  • Creation Date: The date and time that the network was created.

Editing a Network

Click the Edit button to change any of the following settings for the listed network:

  • Network Name: Edit the name of the network

  • Status: Change the network status. Changing the status from Active to Pending Suspension begins an automated process that will suspend the network in 14 days.

  • WebUI Access Restricted: Check this box to prevent users on this network from using the WebUI.

  • BrightAuthor Access Restricted: Check this box to prevent users on this network from using BrightAuthor.

  • Content Encryption Enabled: Check this box to enable Content Encryption on the network.
