Prerequisites
You must be logged in to a BSN.cloud account.
Note the player serial number, which can be found on the bottom of the player or on the side of the packaging box.
Connect your players to an active network connection and to a display screen through HDMI®.
Your players must be powered on and have a blank MicroSD card.
You must have a Device Setup (see this page for instructions):
Note the Package Name.
Make sure that the setup file is in the library (choose Add Setup File to Library).

Provisioning Individual Players

Select Device Provisioning from the Admin tab.
Select Add Device to add a player to the Device Provisioning library. You will be prompted to enter the following information:
Serial Number: The serial number of the player
Device Name and Device Description: An optional name and description for the player. If these are not specified, they will default to the values in the Device Setup you apply to the player.
Select the checkbox next to the player(s) you want to provision.
Select Apply Setup:
If the player(s) have not been provisioned or set up already, they will download the Device Setup from the BSN.cloud servers when they boot up.
If the players have been setup previous, applying a new setup will re-provision the device, causing it to download the new setup and restart.

Provisioning Multiple Players (Bulk Provisioning)

Select Device Provisioning from the Admin page.
Select Download Template to download the CSV file (see Image 2). Enter the:
Serial Number, which is required
Device Name
Setup File (the Setup Package name), which is required
Application URL
Description
Select Upload Provisioning File under the Device Provisioning tab to provision the players automatically using the file.
Review the device list for bulk provisioning and select Submit (see Image 3). The players will automatically download and apply the new setup files from the cloud.

If you didn’t select a setup file, the device will have the default setup applied. If wish to change the setup file, you can do so by selecting Apply Setup and choosing the Device Setup file that you saved to your library (see Prerequisites).
